Glory World International Ministry's mission is to provide assistance with food, clothing, educational resources, health and dental awareness services for individuals and families who are living in under developed communities on the continent of Africa as well as other corners of the world. The ministry is committed to conducting missionary trips overseas and developing partnerships with other ministries.

Glory World International Ministry, Inc. was established as a 501(c)(3) organization in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Chief Visionary and Founder, Del Woods, received the vision from God to help fight against hunger and to mitigate poverty in Africa.
During the first year, our Board of Directors received educational seminars and devoted much of their time organizing and developing their vision to build a strong foundation. Glory World International Ministry is a family-oriented ministry with a focus on providing services for individuals and families who are underprivileged living in the U.S. and overseas.

Provided food and water to a Djiboutian little girl living in the desert.
The little girl lives in a desert with her father who has no means to provide for himself or his daughter. It is a daily struggle to find food and water.

Del Woods, Founder and President of Glory World International Ministry, Inc., formed this organization based on God’s vision and guidance. In 2018, Glory World International Ministry, Inc. primarily focused on the Continent of Africa. We started our journey in Ethiopia, the Horn of Africa.
A blind woman who lost her husband after he became sick was faced with the responsibility of raising her five children with no source of income due to her disability. A member of our organization found out about the woman’s situation and immediately started sending clothing and educational resources to the family. Today, we are continuing to provide assistance to this family for much-needed items for daily living requirements.
This is only one story as I am committed to serving others in need to fight against poverty. I have a passion for helping those who are unable to provide for themselves due to restricted resources or limited access to basic living needs because of situations beyond their control.
I know within my heart this is the assignment God placed me on this earth to undertake. There are many challenges and roads ahead of us, but I know with God’s help and your support, we can achieve and thrive to help our brothers and sisters who are living in conditions unhuman to society. With your support and acts of kindness, we can make a difference in the lives of others.
